Marketing for therapists: 3 trends that may harm your practice

Visibility for a therapy practice does not need to rely on pressure, promises or endlessly chasing formats. In the mental health field, trust matters most: calm language, clear information and consistency.

1. Content created only for the algorithm

A short trend can bring temporary reach, but it does not always build a sense of safety. A person looking for help needs to understand who they are trusting with their process.

2. Communication based on pressure

Messages such as "last chance" or exaggerated promises can be inconsistent with the ethics of the helping professions. It is better to explain the scope of support, your way of working and the real limits of the service.

3. Copying templates from other industries

Marketing a psychological practice requires a different sensitivity than selling a typical product. Strategy should come from your values, specialization and the real needs of your clients.
